Terms & Conditions

TERMS:

1. Professional Fee:

The Consultant’s professional fee for the headhunting services is an amount equivalent to one (1) months’ cost to company (CTC) of an employee recruited through the Consultant.

2. Engagement Fee (Service Charge):

The Client will pay ‘Service Charge’ to the Consultant for the time & efforts put-in and costs incurred by the Consultant in carrying out Client’s headhunting assignment(s). Service Charge is an amount equivalent to 25% of ‘Professional Fee’ based on the estimated ‘cost to company’ provided to the Consultant by the Client at the time of giving an assignment or 25% of one months’ actual CTC of an employee who has been hired by the Client on its own or through other consulting firm / agency, whichever the Consultant prefers.

3. Pre-service Delivery Advance Payment:

The Client will pay 25.0% of estimated ‘professional fee’ for each candidate each job as an ‘advance payment’ at the time of signing of a contract. The amount, however, will be adjusted either against the ‘Professional Fee’ or ‘Service Charge’, as applicable. If advance payment is adjusted against service charge, invoice for it will not be raised.

4. VAT:

The Client will pay for applicable VAT, as the service receiver and will provide the Consultant with ‘Treasury challan and VAT Deduction Certificate within maximum 21 days’
of deduction of the VAT from the invoice amount from the invoice.

5. Advertisement Expenses:

The Consultant will arrange for job advertisements in the print and/or electronic media subject to Client’s written approval. The Client will reimburse the advertisement expenses at actual.

6. Settlement of Invoice:

The Consultant shall submit its invoice for professional fee once the selected candidate joins the Client and the Client will settle it within twenty one (21) calendar days from the date it receives the invoice.
However, the Client shall settle the Consultant’s invoice for ‘advance Payment’ and ‘advertisement’ within 7 (seven) calendar days of its receipt

SCOPE OF WORK

1.Exclusivity:

The Client will not give a specific headhunting/recruitment assignment which has been given to the Consultant to any other consulting firm/agency nor shall the company look for candidates on its own and/or shall receive any resume directly or indirectly from a candidate, nor shall publish any job advert in the print and/or electronic media.

2. Information:

The Client will provide the following documents/information to the Consultant:
a. A brief profile of the organization.
b. Organizational organogram and departmental organogram.
c. Role Profile and Person profile (e.g., JD).
d. Breakdown of estimated monthly cost to company (CTC).

3. Pre-selection Recruitment Process:

The Consultant will identify suitable candidates; interview them and forward short listed
candidates to the Client for selection.
Headhunting/ Recruitment Services will include but not limited to:
a. Identifying suitable candidates from the market, resumes retrieved from database and
resumes received against advert, if any.
b. If an advert is indicated and is published in the print and/or electronic media, interested
candidates will be advised to forward their applications & resumes to the Consultant.
c. Arranging competency focused interviews and tests, if necessary, to assess candidates’
suitability for the position.
d. Short listing most suitable candidates and forwarding them to the Client for final interview
and selection.

4. Number of Short listed Candidates:

The Consultant will forward three (3) short listed candidates for one position. However, due
to non- availability of suitably qualified candidates in the market meeting the Client’s
unique ‘Job Requirements’ or the Client not offering competitive compensation and benefits,
the Consultant may send less than three candidates.

5. Time Frame:

The Consultant will take maximum thirty (30) working days’ to complete an assignment. The
completion date of an assignment will be calculated from the date of receipt of the signed
contract and advance payment from the Client

We believe in professionalism. Our team offers quality service delivery within a minimum time frame. We have endeavored to understand the market capacity and accordingly extend assistance to our valued clients. Thus,
the professional charges have been set to clearly identify the areas of work and time scale to accomplish quality work.

 

Consultancy Services

Taka 12,000.00 (Taka TwelveThousand) per hour. The charge is in multiple of hours. Retainer Services
Mutually agreed terms, conditions and fees.
Crisis and Disaster Management
Fees are agreed on a case-to-case basis.
Executive Search
One (1) months’ cost to company (CTC).
Cost of advertisements (if any).
