•⁠ ⁠Most recently, she served as Director of HR at Daffodil International University & Daffodil Group, where she shaped future-ready HR ecosystems.
•⁠ ⁠She previously led Organization Development & Capacity Enhancement at Eastern Bank PLC, driving transformation, digitalization, and innovation.
•⁠ ⁠Her leadership footprints also span Save the Children Australia, Bank Asia PLC, NRB Bank PLC, Fortis Hospitals, and NRB Bank PLC, where she empowered people and organizations to achieve beyond limits.

A Chartered Member of the CIPD, UK, Ms. Anubhab completed her Master’s in Management & Communications from the Texas Tech University, USA, sharpening her expertise at the crossroads of leadership, innovation, and global people management.
