Mr. Sayed Mohammad Nurul Alam

Mr. Sayed Mohammad Nurul Alam, the Managing Partner have two master’s degrees: one in Business
Administration from Maastricht School of Management (MSM_Netherlands); the second one -in
Management along with having completed all the coursework that is required for Chartered
Accountants in Bangladesh.
With over 20 years of senior-level experience in HR, finance, administration, and operations
management, particularly within the INGO and Development sector in Bangladesh, Afghanistan,
SriLanka, Nepal, Pakistan, Belgium and Liberia countries, he brings a strategic and results-driven
approach to consultancy. His expertise spans across emergency, development and humanitarian
contexts, having successfully sourced and placed top-tier talent in alignment with organizational
values and operational needs.
He is deeply committed to confidentiality, integrity, efficiency, and reliability, ensuring that every
project is delivered on time and meets the highest standards of service excellence. He has received
extensive training both at home and abroad, and has likewise facilitated numerous sessions and
workshops in the fields of Human Resources and Operations. By working closely with clients to
