Job Title: HR Associate
Reporting To: Founding Partner, CEO & Lead Consultant and Managing Partner
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Gross Starting Salary: BDT 25,000+ per month

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and committed HR Associate to support day-to-day operations and assist in various HR-related activities. The individual will work closely with the Founding and Managing Partners, assisting in drafting communications, organizing documentation, handling IT-related tasks, coordinating with clients, and supporting external consultants when needed. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a background in Business Administration and HR, seeking long-term professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft letters, memos, analytical documents, and other professional communications in English under the guidance of the Partners.
  • Maintain and organize both digital and physical office files, ensuring ease of access and retrieval when required.
  • Visit client offices (as required) to collect data and assist in various HR-related engagements.
  • Liaise with outsourced IT professionals to update website content and ensure its functionality.
  • Provide day-to-day IT support to the office (basic troubleshooting and support for MS Office applications).
  • Support PowerPoint and document preparation for client presentations and internal reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive HR and business information.
  • Participate in HR assignments, including data collection, analysis, client servicing, and providing support in training programs.
  • Continuously learn and contribute to projects and firm development initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with a concentration in Human Resources.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR roles is preferred.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with website content management and coordination with external IT professionals.
  • Excellent organizational and file management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client visits and data collection.
  • Positive attitude with a growth mindset and willingness to learn from senior partners.
  • Ability to work independently with guidance and maintain a high level of reliability and discretion.
